2.    What were the qualities or skills of each member that benefited the team?

Each team member had his own beneficial qualities that helped the team reach the summit of mount Everest. they had a guide to show the way a specialist climber and scientist a leader and sherpas to carry the loads, so all of them were beneficial to the team.

 

3.    How was the Team helped by ‘cultural diversity’ to attain their goal (reach the summit of Everest)?  

Different nationalities mean different sets of skills for each individual therefore, each of them could share his knowledge and experience with the other team members to squeeze the best performance a team can accomplish.
