Types of Challenges

1.     Describe the Future Center facility, staff and participants: What is it? Who are they? What do they do?
-         The future center facility is for people special needs. The facility help’s disordered children in helping them play sports and do other activities
-         They are people who trained to help the children in FCF they want to achieve the children’s goals and they will lead them to their future in jobs  
2.     Describe in detail the challenges the staff face, the participants face.
The staff faces a challenge in communicating with the participants and in transferring the materials. The staff also faces a challenge in monitoring the student because each student needs individual care.
As for the Participants they face a challenge in absorbing the skills they are giving and follow instructions precisely, For example, in crafting and mathematics they need to follow steps 1 by 1 in order to finish their task.


3.     What have they achieved so far?

4.     What are their future goals?
The goal is to make the people with special needs more confidents about their selves and create a spot for them in the market, social life. They train the participants to communicate and understand better so that they can achieve their full potential.

5.     How does this information relate to cultural diversity?
Cultural diversity is about different cultures mixing together and working as one to benefit from each other, the same thing is in the Future Center they train the disabled people so that they can blend-in with non-disabled people so that they can help and learn from whatever the other offers.
